About Technology Assistance for Kansas Educators

TAKE stands for Technology Assistance for Kansas Educators. Our goal is to have technology play an integral role within the infrastructure of every school, and allow its influence to impact learning in a way that wouldn't be possible without its presence.

  Overview

TAKE is the electronic service bureau that was developed in the summer of 1997. The Kansas State Department of Education has partnered with other technology leaders throughout the state and nation to network technology and funding resources and to offer a place where Kansas schools can get the answers and support they need.

TAKE focuses on providing quality products and superior services through teamwork, technology, staff development, and user empowerment!
